Tracy has been providing massage therapy services to the Greater Capital Region since March 2001.

With a wide range of experience in a variety of disciplines, Tracy can tailor your massage sessions to address your individual needs. Combined with her affable, easy going personality, Tracy is an excellent massage therapist for first timers and veteran massage clients alike.

Tracy is experienced in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, Pregnancy Massage, Therapeutic Massage, Reiki, and Shiatsu.

Certified through AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America). Member since 1996.

Certified Pilates Instructor

Fully certified through Power Pilates of  New York City. The Kula Experience is a fully equipped Pilates studio. Private, semiprivate, and group classes available for apparatus instruction. Several mat classes available.
